Materials
1. Frame: we have Aluminum frame, cast aluminum and iron frame for our products. Aluminum frame is most common used, light weight, sturdy structure, powder coated and never get rust, normal specification is as follow:
Circle aluminum: dia 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm, 28mm
Square aluminum: dia 50*50, 40*40, 25*25, 20*20, 30*19, 15*15mm
Thickness: 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm
2. Rattan/Wicker: polyethene (PE) rattan, durable, UV resistant, normally use is flat and round rattan.
Flat rattan thickness: 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm
Flat rattan width: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm
Round rattan dia: 3mm, 5mm
3. Fabric: 180g to 250g polyester, mesh fabric, Acrylic, waterproof fabric etc.
4. Wood: we normally use solid teak wood and poly wood
5. Table top: 5mm - 8mm tempered glass, safe and strong.
Mini. order quantity:
1) Normally, the MOQ is a 20GP container. And, it is acceptable to mix loading with 3 models in a container.
2) The MOQ for each model is 6 sets.
3) We can accept smaller order quantity. But, it will increase the production cost. So, the price will be higher.
Delivery time:
It depends on your order quantity and season. Normally, it is 30 working days.
Payment terms:
30% deposit with PI by T/T and 70% balance before shipment by T/T or by L/C at sight.
